Training and Development For Our Staff
At Fittleworth we value the contribution of all our staff and are committed to supporting and developing their careers.
As such all of our Customer Service, Operations and Sales teams are enrolled onto the appropriate Fittleworth Academy training programme. Each Academy is specifically tailored to each job function and provides staff with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their roles.
The Academy is structured around “Fittleworth Way”; a virtual street where a cross section of our customers live, and consists of a variety of bite-sized learning modules delivered face to face, online through live learning sessions, via video links and on the job training. Throughout their training programme staff get to know each of the residents of Fittleworth Way and as they progress through the training, their different stories are brought to life reminding us that every action we take, or process we follow, impacts our clients.
